Aldo Martini brings over 30 years of experience to his role as Co-President of SGI Electrical Services Inc.
He first learned the trade when working for his father’s electrical business. This experience created a foundation for Aldo’s approach to SGI. Working with family has allowed him to view SGI more as a family than a corporation. He recognizes that his employees are the foundation of the company, which is why he invests in his employees success, and as a result, they are just as invested as he is in the success of every client’s project.
On top of his experience in the estimation field, Coordination, Management and Business Development, Aldo has also completed the Electrical Certificate of Qualification, the Master Electrical certificate, and the PLC Certification. Additionally, his cross-sector knowledge provides valuable insights and guidance to clients and partners, helping them overcome industry-specific challenges and achieve their goals.
Joe Pascoe is the Co-President of SGI Electrical Services Inc, responsible for project management and business development. He has over 40 years of experience, ranging from being the previous President at Systm Electric to working as an apprentice, journeyman wireman, foreman and superintendent. In all his years of experience Joe has developed a strong skillset useful to his position including his enhanced ability in the design and implementation of Motor Controls Centres.
His skills have been contributed to the subsystems at Canada Post and large projects such as the CBC Studios, The Dome Stadium, now known as the Rogers Center. Joe’s ability to effectively utilize his technical skills alongside his interpersonal abilities has played a significant role in establishing and strengthening customer and client relationships with SGI Electrical Services
Chris is Director of Operations at SGI and brings 20 years of experience and training to the team at SGI. He has completed his Master Electrician Certificate, as well as training on Supervision, Infra-red Scanning, Generators, UPS Systems, and Fire Alarm installations.
Chris oversees all work on site, which includes securing appropriate tools and equipment for projects and ensuring that foremen are up to date on all safety protocols and training. He deals directly with service department clients, to ensure that all work meets and exceeds expectations.
